Supply Officer

Manage purchase order creation and day-to-day supply follow-up to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders. Coordinate with suppliers on confirmation and shipment dates, maintain accurate purchase order data (price, quantity, certificates), and provide daily order book visibility. Use SAP and other tools to track changes, launch corrective actions when issues arise, handle return shipments, and resolve supplier discrepancies and blocked invoices in partnership with internal teams.
