Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and scale strategic ISV GTM partnerships, leading Datadog’s GTM strategy with the ISV partners and managing key partner alliances and field relationships.
  • •Collaborate with Product to align on co-build / co-innovation priorities and drive revenue for net new solutions in the sales field.
  • •Develop and drive the GTM plan with global Channels & Alliances teams to create a cohesive global but local execution.
  • •Identify and execute joint business opportunities, including campaigns with reseller/SI partners to drive revenue growth.
  • •Train and enable Datadog’s global channels, alliances, and field sales teams on partnership benefits and co-sell motions; measure GTM performance and refine strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of partner-facing business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales in a software as a service or cloud organization.
  • •Experience in a global role, collaborating with local internal teams across regions.
  • •Proven ability to drive sales, partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
  • •Experience working with Product organizations in complex technology areas (e.g., AI, security).
  • •Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them clearly in writing and verbally.
