Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead supply chain program management across multiple teams (factories, production infrastructure, services customization, engineering) aligned to HP’s Factory Services strategy.
  • •Drive Factory Services lifecycle management improvement programs, overseeing overall operations to maximize efficiency on operational shipments.
  • •Develop program plans, milestones, governance structures, budget proposals, and success metrics.
  • •Coordinate stakeholder communications to gather requirements, define scope, establish objectives, and report progress; manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • •Monitor progress and KPIs, provide regular senior management updates, and conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •First level university degree in Engineering related or Computer courses; skills in data management (Power BI) are preferred.
  • •Typically 4-7 years of experience, preferably in supply chain, electronic products manufacturing, or program management.
  • •Knowledge of high-volume and complex PC manufacturing processes, including engineering development and implementation and project planning tools.
  • •Effective communication in written and oral English and Mandarin; Japanese knowledge is an advantage.
  • •Ability to influence external partners, present/escalate issues to regional management, and apply root cause analysis and prevention practices.
