Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform schedule analysis using Primavera P6, Deltek Fuse & Risk, and Microsoft Project.
  • •Support project baseline creation during initiation and setup, and facilitate multi-discipline scope reviews.
  • •Develop and maintain logically linked level 3 and level 4 activity schedules for marine scope installation (pipelines, subsea, platforms, HDD) using precedence flow best practices.
  • •Produce workforce histograms and progress/quantity curves; maintain and review engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, hook-up, and commissioning sequence to control critical path and overall durations.
  • •Create and monitor schedule compliance and analyze variations, identify schedule delay factors, and assess recovery actions; mentor junior planners and lead initiatives as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Business Management, or equivalent technical training/experience.
  • •7-10 years of EPCIC experience with onshore/offshore oil and gas or power generation projects.
  • •Experience with planning/scheduling for large LNG or topside fabrication projects (preferred).
  • •Solid command of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
  • •Ability to use advanced Excel features and produce logically linked EPCIC schedules using precedence flow and best practices.
