Key Responsibilities

•Lead conceptual, functional, and detailed design phases for major airport infrastructure projects.
•Provide technical leadership and ensure compliance with TP312, ICAO, and FAA standards.
•Manage project delivery including scope, budget, schedule, and risk mitigation strategies.
•Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
•Engage with senior stakeholders and clients to build strong relationships and deliver strategic solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
•Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario or eligible for registration;
•10+ years of progressive engineering experience with a strong focus on aviation infrastructure;
•Proven track record in leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects;
•Expertise in TP312 5th Edition and familiarity with ICAO/FAA standards;
