Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare feasibility study reports and assemble compliant design specifications, monitoring preparation to meet due dates.
  • •Agree and monitor scope of works with the principal or lead engineer.
  • •Review and monitor production of calculations with QA checks, technical reviews, and final sign-off.
  • •Demonstrate hands-on experience in analysis, preliminary design, and detailed design of building structures with concrete and steel coordination.
  • •Prepare technical analysis for cost estimation and quantity take-offs, review drawings/shop drawings, and coordinate contract documents while following document control and QA processes.

Key Requirements

  • •8 to 12 years of relevant building experience, including stability checks and design of concrete & steel elements and connections.
  • •Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with membership to an accredited engineering body (Master’s preferred).
  • •Proficiency with structural software including STAAD Pro, Autodesk Robot, IDEA StatiCa, and ETABS.
  • •Knowledge of international design codes such as Eurocode, American, and BS.
  • •Fluent English with strong presentation skills and ability to work independently and within teams.
