Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide decision support through financial analysis, scenario modeling, ROI assessments, and recommendations among business alternatives.
  • •Support portfolio planning, including NPV reviews and articulation of financial impacts.
  • •Conduct deep-dive analysis and scenario planning with cross-functional partners to identify and support operational improvement opportunities.
  • •Support budget and forecast processes by helping allocate headcount, capital expenditures, and operating spend effectively; analyze monthly performance and communicate insights.
  • •Lead monthly budget-versus-actual reporting and support quarterly flash reporting; document and explain plan and trend variances for internal collaborators; provide finance SME support and drive AI-enabled efficiency use cases until completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Advanced capabilities in data blending, data transformation, data modeling, and analysis using tools such as Power Query and SQL for complex financial reporting and decision-making.
  • •Experience assessing practical AI use cases in finance, planning, reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, or analytics workflows (problem definition, expected value, inputs, success measures, risks, and implementation requirements).
  • •Working knowledge of AI-enabled productivity, automation, and analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude CoWork, GitHub Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI AI capabilities) with ability to evaluate, partner for adoption, and ensure outputs are explainable and governed.
  • •Typically 6–8 years of relevant finance/accounting/financial planning/controlling experience, preferably in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or other high-tech industries.
