  • •Own parts inventory strategy across the network—what to stock, where, and in what quantities.
  • •Manage ordering processes, reorder points, and stocking levels to balance availability with carrying cost and obsolescence.
  • •Set and manage parts pricing in coordination with the Strategy & Analytics Sr. Manager.
  • •Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating pricing and evaluating supplier performance.
  • •Own the central parts returns process to minimize dead stock and maximize financial recovery.
