Key Responsibilities

•Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs for new business development.
•Call and outreach to key decision-makers using phone, email, and social touches to bring on new business.
•Present, promote, and sell products and services via product demos to prospective and existing partners.
•Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to close, including engaging qualified inbound leads.
•Perform needs and cost-benefit analysis with partners and align solutions to partner business objectives; serve as a lead point of contact for commercial activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: RON 118,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1-2 years of solid B2B sales with a track record of success.
•Fluency in Croatian and English; fluency in another language is a bonus.
•Experience in or interest in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms.
•Demonstrated relationship-building mindset as a “true hunter” and relationship builder.
•Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
