Support Wealth and Personal Banking’s Money Mule Risk Management requirements by executing decisions on money mule solutions, escalating issues, and driving risk-outcome quality. Provide technical advice, guidance, and training to staff on risk detection best practices and emerging risks, while continuously improving and streamlining processes.

•Support implementation and delivery of Money Mule Risk Management requirements for Wealth and Personal Banking.
•Support execution decisions on money mule solutions and escalate issues, risks, and dependencies.
•Analyze money mule risk trends and coordinate typology build-up and risk detection.
•Provide technical advice and guidance to management teams on strategic decisions.
•Implement and maintain risk reporting and drive quality improvements to simplify and streamline processes.

Key Requirements

•Understanding of financial crime controls including Anti Money Laundering, sanctions, and customer due diligence.
•Practical knowledge of financial crime processes such as transaction monitoring and customer screening.
•Strong analytical and investigative skills to identify patterns and trends.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and strong attention to detail under tight deadlines.
