Job Summary

Lead and own the site’s EH&S programs, facilities performance, and physical security operations in Cork, Ireland. Build and improve safety policies, manage risk assessments, incidents, and training; oversee facilities maintenance, contractors, and office layout projects; and develop emergency plans and security measures to ensure a secure, compliant site with high visibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead EH&S, Facilities & Security programs and ensure compliance with Irish statutory obligations.
•Build, implement, and improve safety programs and policies; lead risk assessments and audits.
•Run incident investigations and root-cause analyses; drive corrective actions and reporting.
•Deliver EH&S training to internal and external audiences.
•Oversee facilities maintenance, contractors, and space planning; manage facilities budgeting and cost-saving opportunities.
•Own physical security infrastructure and emergency response plans; liaison with authorities when needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Facilities Management, or related field and 3+ years’ relevant experience, or equivalent experience
•Experience working with Irish Health & Safety regulations
•Experience delivering EH&S training to internal and/or external stakeholders
•Strong project/program organisation skills in a fast-paced environment; confident at prioritizing
•Growth mindset with ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and drive practical solutions
