Job Function: Energy & Utilities Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, develop and maintain project schedules that align with project/client requirements
  • •Prepare, develop and maintain project cost budgets and forecasts
  • •Monitor, record and control all cost commitments, accruals, expenditure and approved changes
  • •Establish, maintain and administer Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS)
  • •Assist with development of project status reports to inform management on progress and costs

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient in Primavera P6 (or MSP) and other planning/resourcing software; able to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams
  • •Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence and coach teams
  • •Member of a relevant professional body (e.g., APM or PMI) is desirable but not mandatory
  • •Ability to make risk-based decisions where parameters are unclear; sound judgement
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage conflicts effectively
