Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement project controls strategies, policies, and procedures to monitor and manage project performance.

  • •Lead the project controls team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to execute controls activities.
  • •Monitor schedules, budgets, and indicators; analyze variances to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
