  • •Conduct pre-operational inspections and maintenance checks to ensure the crane is in optimal working condition before operation.
  • •Set up cranes at job sites, ensuring stability and safety measures (outriggers, cribbing, proper rigging).
  • •Interpret and follow lifting plans and signals from signalpersons or riggers for accurate, safe movements.
  • •Maintain safety and crane performance by adhering to regulations, monitoring crane controls, and keeping accurate records of crane usage, maintenance, and inspections.
