  • •Drive KPIs of the responsible area and ensure products/projects are delivered on time with high quality and low cost.
  • •Execute plans by following procedures and WI registered in Pandora system to achieve department targets.
  • •Analyze concerns and implement short-term actions and long-term improvements to prevent repeats.
  • •Monitor production activities to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and promote best working practices.
  • •Provide daily shop floor presence, visualize progress, and report to Supervisor in a dynamic environment.
