Key Responsibilities

•Drive KPIs of the responsible area and ensure products/projects are delivered on time with high quality and low cost.
•Execute plans by following procedures and WI registered in Pandora system to achieve department targets.
•Analyze concerns and implement short-term actions and long-term improvements to prevent repeats.
•Monitor production activities to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and promote best working practices.
•Provide daily shop floor presence, visualize progress, and report to Supervisor in a dynamic environment.

Key Requirements

•Must have experience leading production teams in a manufacturing setting and driving KPI-driven performance.
•Proven ability to implement and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures to meet production targets.
•Experience with manufacturing WI and routing alignment to production schedules.
•Strong focus on continuous improvement and cost reduction while maintaining quality standards.
•Mentoring and role-modeling to develop team competencies and attitudes.
