Job Summary

Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions by translating complex business requirements into technical system designs and building reusable services. Lead full-stack development across Lightning Web Components, Aura, Apex, and integrations, while implementing agentic platform capabilities like AgentForce. Deploy and secure AWS-hosted services using API Gateway, IAM, OAuth, EC2/EKS, and S3/RDS, and build CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce releases. Collaborate in Agile teams, provide production support, and monitor performance with SREs.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and translate business requirements and acceptance criteria into functional and non-functional system requirements, and design scalable solutions via POCs or flow diagrams.
•Drive full-stack engineering by building scalable Salesforce solutions and integrating front-end and back-end customization.
•Develop and maintain Salesforce platform functionality including Aura/LWC components and Apex-backed custom objects, and integrate Salesforce with other applications.
•Implement, customize, and maintain agentic platforms like AgentForce to meet automation and platform-specific business needs.
•Integrate and deploy services on AWS, build and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments, and provide production support in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 152,200 - 228,400 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of proven experience as a full-stack developer with advanced Salesforce development expertise.
•Strong hands-on Salesforce development skills including Aura, Lightning Web Components, Apex, System Administration, and Platform App Builder.
•Deep understanding of AgentForce or similar agentic platforms, with successful implementation experience.
•Ability to leverage AI-assisted development workflows to improve design and predictive capabilities.
•Experience developing/integrating scalable services on AWS with knowledge of authentication/integration best practices (e.g., API Gateway, IAM role strategies, OAuth).
