Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day coordination of corporate risk management activities across Finance, Treasury, Legal, Sales, Commercial Finance, and other internal teams.
  • •Manage the lifecycle of trade finance instruments including bid bonds, performance guarantees, letters of credit, and related instruments.
  • •Partner with Treasury and banking partners to coordinate applications, issuance, monitoring, renewals, and release of trade finance instruments.
  • •Track and manage trade finance requests and open risk items using JIRA or other workflow tools, including statuses and expiration dates.
  • •Support contract negotiations by identifying and ensuring appropriate insurance, indemnity, liability, and guarantee requirements are reviewed, approved, and communicated.
