•Ability to produce high quality reports, assess and negotiate repair costs, and provide vehicle valuations.
•Proven track record in negotiating total loss settlements and understanding salvage categories.
•Able to liaise with Field planning teams, repairers and customers; capable of supporting team members as needed.
