Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as Lead Learning Experience Designer, owning the end-to-end client-facing design process from discovery to delivery (requirements, outcomes, timelines, scope, resourcing, development plan, and content quality).
  • •Design and develop instructor-led and AI-enabled learning experiences, including hands-on labs, simulations, assessments, facilitator guides, and learner workbooks grounded in adult learning principles.
  • •Translate complex and technical concepts into accessible learning experiences through collaboration with SMEs and iterative curation, updates, and responsible-use considerations.
  • •Project manage and collaborate with partners and resources (SMEs, LEDs, assessment specialists, instructors, vendors/contractors) to deliver program timelines, deliverables, and required resources.
  • •Develop instructor enablement and measure learning impact to support continuous improvement and productization of reusable learning components and program structures.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, curriculum design, or a related field, with significant instructor-led training content experience.
  • •Ability to design high-quality learning experiences for enterprise, professional, technical, or workplace audiences.
  • •Strong experience creating practical, outcome-driven learning materials (slides, facilitator guides, activities, assessments, labs, simulations, case studies, and learner resources).
  • •Experience managing clients, stakeholders, SMEs, instructors, vendors, or cross-functional partners through the content development process.
  • •Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies (e.g., Bloom’s Taxonomy, ADDIE, experiential/adult learning) and hands-on fluency with AI tools to design and improve learning experiences.
