Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and implement end-to-end (E2E) performance optimization solutions on Skywise.
  • •Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and “Golden Rules” across the codebase, including source-code audits.
  • •Conduct deep-technology root-cause analysis to resolve complex data pipeline and application issues.
  • •Design scalable, reliable server-side processing architectures using Python, Java, and Scala with reusable, maintainable code.
  • •Mentor development team members and collaborate directly with European customers to gather requirements and manage expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of total IT experience and a graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
  • •4+ years of hands-on experience exclusively in Palantir Skywise development.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with Apache Spark, PySpark (mandatory), and Spark SQL.
  • •Experience building in the Skywise ecosystem, including Workshop, Slate, and Object Explorer / Foundry Ontology.
  • •Proficiency in Python, Java, and Scala, with strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
