Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a prime cross-functional integration focal across Boeing stakeholders and suppliers to drive on-time, on-cost delivery of P-8 modifications.
•Lead by influence to build relationships with stakeholders and dependent organizations to drive positive outcomes.
•Engage with U.S. Navy and foreign military customers to provide program-level problem solving for P-8 modification issues.
•Proactively identify, document, and escalate risks, issues, and opportunities (RIO) and mitigation plans using BORIS.
•Perform project engineering tasks including cost, schedule, risk, and earned value management, and lead the P-8 change process.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology/Computer Science/Data Science/Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry (or non-US equivalent directly related to the work statement).
•5+ years of engineering experience.
•1+ years of experience working with military or commercial derivative aircraft.
•1+ years of experience with product management and/or technical problem-solving skills.
•Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time.
