Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in managing manpower needs in the department and adjust manpower as needed.
  • •Train and develop team members; support, coach, and encourage employees to live Trane Technologies Principals.
  • •Identify and resolve safety and quality issues, and support the QMS by meeting quality objectives.
  • •Schedule and manage designated departments/lines to run production to standard work.
  • •Use and coach lean tools and activities (Back to Basics, JDI, 9Step, A-3s, MDI boards) and participate in 5-S and problem solving.

Key Requirements
