  • •Lead project controls functions across major, complex Rail & Transit programs, ensuring cost, schedule, and scope alignment
  • •Establish strong project governance and act as a trusted interface between clients, project teams, and internal Project Controls leadership
  • •Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, earned value management, and financial reporting with accuracy and insight
  • •Develop, manage, and maintain baseline budgets, schedules, and work breakdown structures to control hours and expenditures
  • •Identify risks, opportunities, and deviations early, proposing practical mitigation and recovery strategies

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive experience in Project Controls Manager or Project Controls Lead roles.
  • •PMP designation (required).
  • •Advanced expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
  • •Post-secondary diploma or degree in project management, finance, business, or a related field.
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with excellent stakeholder-management and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
