Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Playground’s evolution end-to-end, from a single-format surface to a scalable multi-format creation hub.
  • •Set design direction for discovery, experimentation, and iteration workflows across all formats, influencing adjacent Studio and Media Library areas.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering to define what great looks like (principles, quality bar, metrics) and drive toward it.
  • •Prototype and test interaction models quickly, balancing Lo-Fi learning with moments when high-fidelity is needed.
  • •Raise the craft bar across prompt UX, format balance, iteration workflows, and the feel of creating with AI at speed.
