Job Summary

Drive technical outcomes for Autodesk’s largest AEC customers by helping them realize measurable value from Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud). Lead workflow and integration design, health checks, dashboards, and training to support platform adoption. Partner with Customer Success Managers to translate customer initiatives into scalable Forma solutions that improve project delivery, collaboration, and operational performance while maximizing ROI.

Job Function: Construction, Civil & Site Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a subject matter expert in Forma, including capabilities, limitations, and integration possibilities.
•Lead technical customer engagements by analyzing workflows and designing solutions for improved project and construction processes.
•Configure and optimize Forma workflows, including document management, RFIs, submittals, field workflows, and model coordination.
•Design dashboards, reports, and analytics to track adoption, project performance, and operational outcomes.
•Support integrations between Forma and enterprise systems using available APIs and data connectors.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in the AEC industry or AEC technology industry.
•Experience supporting or implementing construction technology solutions across project teams or organizations.
•Strong understanding of construction workflows and project delivery processes.
•Familiarity with SaaS platforms and technology adoption in enterprise environments.
•Experience creating data dashboards, reporting, or analytics using construction project data.
