Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish cost and schedule baseline processes, templates, and tools; monitor performance and incorporate impacts of risk, opportunities, and change in a controlled manner.
  • •Identify trends and root causes of deviations vs baseline and recommend remedial actions to drive best value for the client.
  • •Lead governance of project time, cost, and quality targets and enable successful delivery through appropriate controls.
  • •Coordinate planning sessions/workshops to compile the master project/programme schedule, agree baselines and critical path, and manage procurement lead times into the schedule.
  • •Act as key client point of contact; prepare formal and ad hoc time/cost/quality reports and incorporate quantitative risk impacts into Monte Carlo outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in project controls coordination across the project lifecycle, including program, risk and reporting, on very large complex construction projects (Life Science, Chemical preferred; other industrial sectors welcome).
  • •Ability to determine corrective actions and recommendations based on facts and figures, and critically evaluate information from multiple sources.
  • •Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6.
  • •Commitment to providing excellent service and reliability when working autonomously and as part of a team.
  • •Strong time management and German & English communication skills (verbal and written).
