Job Summary

Senior Sales Engineer at UiPath responsible for demonstrating and architecting solutions to help customers succeed with the UiPath business automation platform. You will create and deliver custom demos and proofs-of-concept, enable and mentor field teams, collaborate with product/marketing, lead workshops and executive meetings, and develop collateral to scale our Agentic Automation business.

Key Responsibilities

•Demonstrate and architect solutions by creating and delivering custom and deep-dive demos, proofs-of-concept, and technical sales collateral.
•Enable and mentor our field Sales Engineers, Account Executives, Technical Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Technical Partner Managers, customers and partners; track opportunities and help develop close plans.
•Collaborate with product and marketing teams to influence product roadmap and messaging based on field insights.
•Lead workshops and executive meetings with customers and partners; present at virtual webinars, conferences, and events.
•Create standardized and custom demos, deep dives, and collateral; assist with RFI/RFP/RFQ responses and provide trainings and enablement.

Key Requirements

•5+ years’ experience in enterprise software sales, pre-sales, consulting and/or business development; a UiPath background including software testing could be a big plus.
•Experience with enterprise software products and solutions; knowledge of waterfall, agile, scrum, etc., software development methodologies and continuous testing, including CI/CD pipelines and DevOps/DevSecOps.
•Familiarity with UiPath's AI and machine learning capabilities for Agentic automation and their application in complex enterprise environments.
•Deep understanding of enterprise strategies, methodologies, and value drivers.
•Exemplary communication skills; ability to educate and have a history of success in doing so; fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
