Manager, Collaborations & Culture Innovation Eastpak Global

Lead Eastpak EMEA’s collaboration and culture innovation work from concept through market launch. You’ll manage end-to-end collaboration projects, develop partner product briefs, own planning and execution (contracts, territories, timelines, budgets), and coordinate cross-functional teams across design, development, merchandising, marketing, legal, finance, sales, and operations. You’ll also run test-and-learn culture-driven pilots and translate cultural insights into future collections and product initiatives.
