Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide specialist electrical advice and support to estates colleagues and contractors
  • •Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance on plant, equipment, and building infrastructure
  • •Undertake fault-finding, testing, inspection, and diagnosis across complex electrical systems and equipment
  • •Complete installation, repair, calibration, and validation tasks in line with relevant regulations and guidance
  • •Use calibrated test equipment to ensure safe operation of wiring systems, emergency generators, and critical systems

Salary: 33,295 - 41,483 annually

Key Requirements

  • •A recognised electrical trade qualification and experience working as an Electrician in a complex building environment
  • •Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to work autonomously and prioritise competing demands
  • •Knowledge of electrical regulations including BS7671 (Wiring Regulations) and safe systems of work
  • •Experience working with Building Management Systems, medical gases, HVAC systems, or similar (training provided where needed)
  • •The ability to use your initiative, solve problems, and deliver safe, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
