Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and participate in the preparation of sales budgets
  • •Maximize sales and profitability of the concept
  • •Maximize productivity targets ( sales per sqft, ATV, Conversion etc)
  • •Formulate and implement retail strategies & procedures in discussion with the NCBH/Regional Head
  • •Control costs within budgetary guidelines

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 12 years’ experience in Retail
  • •A Candidate with retail experience in KSA would be preferable
  • •Should have Home & Furniture experience for 3-5 years
  • •Should have handled large format retail/Hyper mart
  • •Strong Business Acumen
