Job Summary

Own a portfolio of home cleaning partners in the UAE, serving as the single point of contact to drive growth, quality, and unit economics. Manage weekly KPI tracking and monthly business reviews, coach partners on performance and pricing, and coordinate across Operations, Quality, Finance, and Product when issues arise. Also identify and onboard new partners to launch within 30 days, manage pipeline targets, and produce weekly/monthly performance reporting.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the single point of accountability for the health of a portfolio of cleaning partners in the UAE, covering growth, quality, and economics.
•Track partner KPIs weekly and run monthly business reviews against performance commitments; identify gaps early, escalate, and drive resolution.
•Coach partners on quality, scheduling, professional development, and pricing; communicate platform and process/policy updates in advance.
•Identify and acquire new cleaning partners, onboarding them and moving them from signed to producing revenue in under 30 days.
•Prepare weekly/monthly partner performance summaries and contribute to vertical reporting with clean, up-to-date, traceable partner data.

Key Requirements

•Manage a book of B2B partners/suppliers/merchants with a target (3+ years).
•Close new commercial deals end-to-end (sourced, negotiated, signed, onboarded).
•Work with operations and quality data in a marketplace/on-demand/services business.
•Read a P&L, build a partner-level margin model in Excel, and explain unit economics to non-finance stakeholders.
•Be calm under operational pressure and comfortable having hard conversations about quality, on-time performance, and economics.
