Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate customers’ objectives into value assessments or proof-of-value projects and build Celonis business cases and demos.
  • •Understand customers’ AI strategy and business-critical challenges to find the best problem-solution fit and translate requirements into Celonis solutions.
  • •Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement.
  • •Drive measurable business impact across processes and industries, engaging senior stakeholders to deliver value-driven results and secure long-term partnership agreements.
  • •Own the end-to-end customer value journey (landing, expanding, adoption, renewing) and build strategic expansion roadmaps; provide feedback to product teams to improve the platform and apps.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in an analytical role demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software/SaaS deployment in customer-facing solution consulting, sales engineering, IT/management consulting, or in-house enterprise roles.
  • •Good knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP/Oracle), including experience with implementing RPA and/or BI tools, and building dashboards, apps, and action flows; hands-on process mining tools are preferred.
  • •Hands-on SQL experience and Python are preferred.
  • •Experience identifying business use cases for process improvement, deploying improvement measures, driving change, and training users/process owners to realize value.
  • •Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, timelines, and managing multiple projects across accounts while leveraging partners as needed.
