Key Responsibilities

•Influence agentic portfolio strategy, roadmap, and prioritization framework for scaling and integrating agentic capabilities across the SDLC.
•Design and develop agentic capabilities that enhance product management upstream in the SDLC, including planning and requirements definition.
•Establish and govern specification standards, quality gates, and operational best practices for consistent adoption of agentic solutions.
•Research AI/agentic trends and run proofs of concept, pilots, evaluations, and experimentation to identify innovation opportunities.
•Manage and assess the agentic vendor and partner ecosystem, align cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver executive-level recommendations and business cases.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 204,000 - 280,500 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years in a product management role within software-intensive organizations, including experience contributing to large-scale transformation.
•Hands-on familiarity with modern software development practices including CI/CD and DevOps, plus working knowledge of the AI/agentic development landscape.
•Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver concrete outputs such as analyses, prototypes, specifications, or frameworks.
•Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, security, and infrastructure stakeholders.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate technical complexity for both technical and non-technical audiences.
