Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute an end-to-end information security strategy to protect networks, systems, data, and IP against cyber threats and insider risk.
  • •Build and lead a unified security organization spanning InfoSec, Network Engineering & Infrastructure, IT, and Cyber Compliance focused on business outcomes.
  • •Partner with the CIO and CSO to align security posture and engineering functions so the enterprise can scale safely across cyber, physical, and human domains.
  • •Own threat detection and incident response capabilities to detect, investigate, and respond at speed across classified and unclassified environments.
  • •Own cyber risk management and global compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and U.S. Government contractual obligations, serving as a senior liaison to government partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 252,000 - 380,000

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive leadership experience in information security, cybersecurity, or related technical disciplines.
  • •Proven CISO or comparable senior cybersecurity leadership experience in a technology or defense context, including leadership within the military or intelligence community.
  • •Deep technical expertise across network security, application security, security operations, incident response, identity and access management, and cloud security.
  • •Demonstrated success building, leading, and mentoring high-performing, cross-functional security and IT teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Strong understanding of government cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements (NIST 800-171, CMMC, FedRAMP, FISMA, DFARS), with ability to obtain/maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
