Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders (architects, engineers, and supply chain) to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Track critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip and forecast/update key milestones.
  • •Verify effective project governance, processes, and systems are used; apply best practices on projects.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and other required reports; independently review status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs.
  • •Manage supplier interfaces and communication flow through monthly trackers, weekly reviews, regular meetings, and written updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •7+ years of experience in project management focused on mechanical systems in industrial or refinery facilities.
  • •Proven experience commissioning complex mechanical systems and equipment.
  • •Strong understanding of health and safety practices in an industrial environment.
  • •PMP (or equivalent) and proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera (preferred/proficiency).
