Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead deep-dive analyses to identify root causes of marketplace performance, including monitoring trends and surfacing early signals across provider utilization and patient retention.
  • •Build and maintain functional operating models for Provider and Patient, and drive ongoing budgeting and forecasting processes for the function.
  • •Conduct deep dives to diagnose business problems via root cause analysis and develop strategies to accelerate progress and scale successful behaviors.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to surface insights and support strategic decision-making across product, growth, and operations.
  • •Develop dashboards, reporting, and executive-ready materials to communicate progress against goals.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of professional experience, ideally across financial services (investment banking, consulting, private equity) and highly analytical roles in a fast-growing tech company (strategic finance).
