•Collaborate with other departments across Santiago and Boston to provide gold-standard support.
•Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and adapt to a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

•Advanced English fluency.
•High school degree.
•Experience in service and customer support roles. (Nice to have)
•Client-focused, service-oriented, relationship builder.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating and networking.
