Key Responsibilities

•Conduct in-depth analyses of operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, and produce structured, actionable reports.
•Translate findings into process optimizations and drive initiatives/projects that achieve measurable business outcomes.
•Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and dashboards for business use cases.
•Define and maintain governance for key metrics (ownership, definitions, usage, change management) and help unify and standardize metrics and reporting practices.
•Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency using data validation checks and governance mechanisms to maintain high data quality.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or higher.
•5+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, statistics, or a related field.

•Proven ability to produce leadership reporting and communicate complex analyses to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
