Job Summary

Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs advancing agentic work management capabilities in the Asana Work Management Platform. Own delivery plans, timelines, and dependencies, drive governance and risk management, and coordinate resources across Engineering, Product, Design, Research, and Business. Communicate program health to stakeholders and continuously improve processes so customers can plan, execute, and orchestrate real work with AI alongside humans.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs for Asana’s agentic work management capabilities, including onboarding, task delegation, and multi-agent orchestration with human-in-the-loop review.
•Build and own product engineering delivery plans, timelines, and dependencies to ensure alignment and accountability across teams.
•Create program visibility and clarity by managing governance, identifying risks, coordinating resources, and driving shared goals.
•Communicate program updates effectively to teams and stakeholders regarding program health.
•Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and streamlining processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,000 - 184,000 annually
