Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in the claims or insurance area, or completion of Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice (including an Associate Degree) plus 3+ years, or completion of Zurich Claims Training Program plus 2+ years, or a high school diploma/equivalent plus 5+ years.
  • •Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s).
  • •Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products.
  • •Microsoft Office experience.
  • •(Preferred) Experience investigating claims and knowledge of construction projects, contracts, or commercial insurance.
