Key Responsibilities

  • •Front-line customer service at DXB or DWC locations, selling Emirates products such as air tickets, cargo products and solutions while aiming to improve customer experience and increase revenue.
  • •Issue Emirates tickets to customers ensuring compliance with airline rules and regulations; inform customers about passport, visa and health requirements and other travel details.
  • •Offer options to customers to boost revenue (Skywards membership, DBB, Dubai stopovers, hotel bookings, upgraded fares).
  • •Contribute ideas for service improvements to drive revenue and Emirates’ market leadership.
  • •Maintain and file ticket-related documentation, update timetables, displays promotional material, and support sales efforts at Reservations and Ticketing Offices.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of cargo/logistics experience with strong interpersonal, sales and customer service skills.
  • •Ability to work in a busy sales team environment and PC proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel and e-mail.
