Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports; conduct financial analysis to support business decisions; support timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • •Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards; assist in implementing and monitoring internal controls to safeguard company assets; support internal and external audit processes.
  • •Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy; leverage technology and automation to streamline accounting processes.
  • •Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records; ensure data integrity and consistency across accounting systems.
  • •Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives; provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management; assist in managing relationships with external partners, including auditors and regulatory bodies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • •6-8 years of progressive accounting experience
  • •Experience in FMCG industry is a plus
  • •Prior GCC or shared services experience is beneficial
