Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary conduit between Marketing and Growth Product, aligning strategies, priorities, and execution across teams.
•Define and drive the strategy for critical handoff moments from website to product, including segmentation, routing, and conversion optimization ensuring a cohesive UX framework across web properties and in-app onboarding.
•Lead the vision for integrating marketing intent data with product usage data, enabling a unified view of the customer and powering personalization.
•Architect scalable web pathways for different buyer segments, balancing self-service growth with enterprise routing.
•Define segmentation and behavioral frameworks that power lifecycle marketing and in-product experiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,400 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, or Growth within B2B SaaS.
•Proven experience owning strategy in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) or self-service growth environment.
•Strong technical fluency across marketing, product, and data platforms (e.g., AEP, Adobe CJA/Target, Salesforce, MixPanel, Pendo, Redshift)
•Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders at multiple levels.
•Track record of driving measurable impact across complex, multi-stage funnels.
