Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome guests and provide first-line support for office-related needs, including managing mail distribution and helping facilitate in-office event setup
  • •Ensure the office’s appearance and organization by maintaining supply inventory and escalating facilities issues
  • •Support a small customer portfolio by resolving questions and issues via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • •Provide 1:1 support to help customers adopt Compass technology and adjacent services
  • •Answer basic questions and troubleshoot issues related to technology/devices, conference room hardware, and enterprise systems
