Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets and maintain performance standards.
  • •Ensure direct reports are trained, competent, and managed in line with company processes, taking accountability for their performance and conduct.
  • •Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with WHS, quality, legislative, and operational requirements.
  • •Coordinate warehouse and logistics activities to fulfill orders accurately, efficiently, and on time.
  • •Liaise with transport providers, suppliers, and customers to meet service expectations, resolve issues, and support customer onboarding.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehousing or logistics, including bonded or regulated environments.
  • •At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role with people leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
  • •Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
  • •Sound understanding of Chain of Responsibility and WHS requirements.
  • •Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
