Job Summary

Own the rollout, adoption, and sustainment of Process Orchestration capabilities for key supply chain use cases, including requisition intake/triage, guided buying, supplier enablement, and purchase order change order support. Plan and execute deployments with stakeholder readiness, adoption tracking, and transition to sustainment. Partner with technology, ERP sustainment, accounts payable, business stakeholders, and vendors to validate requirements, support testing, and resolve issues while driving continuous SCM process improvement using data insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead rollout planning and execution for Process Orchestration use cases across Supply Chain, including stakeholder readiness, deployment coordination, adoption tracking, hyper care, and transition to sustainment.
•Advise on supply chain processes by translating operational needs into workflow, data, training, and change management requirements that support compliance and user adoption.
•Partner with cross-functional teams (technology, ERP sustainment, accounts payable, business stakeholders, and solution vendors) to validate requirements, support testing, and coordinate issue resolution.
•Develop and maintain rollout materials (training content, job aids, communications) and adoption reporting; analyze usage, defect, and adoption data to identify barriers and recommend improvements.
•Champion continuous improvement by reducing manual effort, improving data quality, simplifying user experience, and strengthening compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
•6+ years of progressively responsible supply chain management experience (preferably oil & gas midstream), or 9+ years if no university degree.
•Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influence, and leadership skills to operate independently as a trusted advisor.
•Demonstrated ability to innovate, take initiative, and effectively lead and manage change.
•SCM-related professional certifications (e.g., PMAC, ISM) and experience with Oracle Cloud, Maximo, ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint, automation, orchestration, or AI-enabled workflow tools are assets.
