Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with customers from onboarding through ongoing use of the AI platform to maximize value.
  • •Blend customer engineering with technical development to deliver impactful solutions.
  • •Manage APIs and tools for robust integration with third‑party systems.
  • •Build new features or MVPs and iterate on LLM prompting and voice/transcriber tuning.
  • •Prioritize and lead multiple projects, communicating progress and tradeoffs clearly.
