Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute internal acquisition strategies (Card Upgrade, Supplementary Card acquisition, and X-sell) to meet business objectives and drive incremental GCM growth.
  • •Own business planning and performance management against key financial KPIs, including acquisition and incremental GCM growth.
  • •Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of internal acquisition campaigns across email, direct mail, digital, and call center.
  • •Ensure customer communications and marketing creative comply with company policies, governance standards, regulatory requirements, and operational controls.
  • •Leverage customer data and insights to deliver recommendations, improve segmentation and operational efficiency, and lead team performance and development.
