Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy and operate the platform across customer cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift, and self-hosted) using infrastructure-as-code.
  • •Act as the primary technical contact for customers, translating security, compliance, and networking requirements into deployable platform changes.
  • •Run deployment operations including version upgrades, monitoring and alerting, and participating in on-call rotation for reliability.
  • •Professionalize deployment setup at scale by improving standardization, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure quality through tests.
  • •Support and resolve issues for single-tenant deployments and build self-serve customer documentation based on feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 80,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong hands-on cloud engineering experience across multiple providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and production deployment operations.
  • •Deep familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and building scalable, automated deployment processes.
  • •Comfort translating enterprise security/compliance and networking requirements into working infrastructure and platform changes.
  • •Customer-facing ability to explain architecture and guide deployment reviews with technical stakeholders.
  • •Fluency in German (C1+ or native) and English.
