Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a clinical resource to Philips HPM customers throughout multiphase implementations and go-live, building relationships with customers and internal partners.
  • •Understand customer goals to plan and deliver consultative clinical solutions focused on workflows and optimization.
  • •Manage clinical aspects of implementations by assessing workflows, evaluating education needs, planning education, determining custom configuration requirements, and supporting first use.
  • •Troubleshoot problems by applying product and clinical knowledge, including clinical implications of technical implementations (networks and clinical informatics systems).
  • •Drive adoption by encouraging ongoing change and optimizing use of complex monitoring solutions while traveling across the district.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment.
  • •Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse, with active license verification.
  • •Experience in ICU/CCU/ER/OR/NICU/PICU settings (high-risk labor and delivery experience preferred).
  • •Knowledge preferred of Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications.
  • •Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) and/or Virtual Certified Technical Trainer Plus (VCTT+) is preferred.
